After over a decade in corporate management at PwC, I embraced a late-career challenge qualifying as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. And it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
Years down the road, I have no regrets, except perhaps not making the switch sooner. Working with clients, finding solutions, and making a positive impact every day brings me immense satisfaction. They say the key to happiness is doing what you love, and I’ve certainly found that in my role.
As Maya Angelou famously said, “People will always remember how you made them feel.” It’s this philosophy that guides my approach to client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me buried in a good book, particularly biographies. But truth be told, I’m open to any reading adventure that catches my eye!
In 2020, I joined forces with my wife Elaine to support a team of Brokers as a Mortgage Administrator, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in my career. Fast forward, and I’ve successfully transitioned into the role of a qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
My background as a Buyer for BT and as a two-time business owner has equipped me with invaluable skills and experience that seamlessly translate into this customer-focused and solution-oriented role.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple yet powerful belief: treating others with the same kindness and respect I’d want for myself. Whether it’s assisting my clients or enjoying time with loved ones, this principle guides my every action.
Beyond work, you’ll often find me enjoying leisurely walks with our family dog, Freyja, diving into the world of PC gaming and technology, and whipping up delicious creations in the kitchen.

With her laid-back demeanour and wagging tail, Freyja brings an abundance of joy, stress relief, and positive vibes to our workplace. We firmly believe that if we’re not stressed, our clients aren’t either – and Freyja makes sure of it.
